1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of RNSINONE PRIVATE LIMITED, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our services.
2. Services
RNS MARCON provides digital marketing, web design, branding, technology, and consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities are defined in individual service agreements or proposals.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information required to deliver services
- Respond to requests for approval, feedback, and information in a timely manner
- Ensure all content provided to RNS MARCON is lawfully owned or licensed
- Make payments as per agreed terms
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for them. RNS MARCON retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, methodologies, and proprietary technology (including the RNS MARCON marketing platform).
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the engagement and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
RNS MARCON's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
